What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept PayPal, Shop Pay, major credit and debit card including Visa, Mastercard, Discovery and American Express.
How do I know when my order has been shipped?
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been processed.
Do you accept refunds or exchanges?
You can return your item for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. We can also exchange the item for you if you are not happy with the sizing. Simply email us at support@zerno.us to get the process started.
My product arrived, but it is damaged. What should I do?
We are so sorry if this happens. Get in touch with us, and we will ship you a replacement as soon as possible. All we need is your order number, delivery address, and a photo and description of the damaged product.
My order says delivered, but I can't find it. What should I do?
The first step is to check with your local courier to verify that they made the final delivery. You should be able to locate your package using the tracking number provided in the shipping email. If you need additional help, please let us know.
