How does the lifetime warranty work?

ZERNO is committed to providing you the highest quality of jewelry. We stand behind our work and offer a lifetime warranty for all purchases. If your product is damaged, discolored or broken under normal wear, this warranty entitles you to a replacement for the jewelry. If we no longer carry the item, you are allowed to exchange your jewelry for another item of equal or lesser value.

Please note that once a damaged product is returned, we will not be able to reship it back to you. There is a one time processing Fee of $24.99, that will be charged for all Warranty Replacements.
